This pouch is designed to provide fast access to life saving medical items, as well as immediate access to your tourniquet. We started with a clamshell design, for increased item accessibility, when open. The pouch attaches to any PALS/MOLLE grid via MOLLY Stix. The MOLLY Stix allow the entire pouch to be detached quickly from any carrier or pack, via a 3D pull handle. We took this pouch to the next level by including our popular tourniquet holder. The black medical cross doubles as a horizontal or vertical mount for the tourniquet holder. Silent zipper pulls and a sewn grommet hole round out this lifesaving pouch. Made with high quality Mil-Spec materials.
